Double murderer who was one of just 70 prisoners told they would never be released dies in jail

Royston Jackson died of cancer in HMP Whitemoor, Cambridgeshire, on March 10. He murdered teenager Stephen Raven in Essex in 1989 and convicted sex offender Gordon Boon in Norfolk in 2008.
